Cancellation and No Show Policy

Hey we get it, things come up.  Life happens!  All we ask that you give us advance notice that cannot keep your dog grooming appointment. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT US AS SOON AS YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN’T KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. As you can imagine, when we come out to groom your dog and you are not there it is quite disappointing (not to mention not fair to other clients who could have used that time).  So if you do not provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are progressive:

  • First Occurrence – trip charge only ($50)

  • Second Occurrence – 50% of your regular grooming fees

  • Third and Subsequent Occurrences – 100% of your regular grooming fees or $100 (whichever is greater)

But wait Johnny there is more, if we come to your house but are unable to provide service due to a problem with access to your property, you will be charged just like a cancellation. If you are not at home, we will attempt to contact you by phone and text then we will wait ten minutes before leaving . If you can remedy the situation within an hour or two, we might be able to come back the same day, in which case you will be charged for the extra trip, but not for a cancellation. Our ability to return on the same day depends on whether we have other clients scheduled in your area and whether our other clients can be flexible with their appointment times.
